Deo Goes Rocky, “Ronan”
Bio: Ronan is a California bred who retired from Finger Lakes on September 12, 2012. He started his racing career under the registered name Khalil but had a name change in May 2012 to Deo Goes Rocky. Ronan went through the 2011 Ocala Breeders’ Two-Year-Olds in Training Sale (Hip #286) for $5,000 but didn’t sell. He then started racing as a two year old, racing 18 times, never placing and earning only $4,127. He has one full sibling named Wave Carver. Ronan was adopted by the family who owns Dewey (Whichbushdouprefer) and is on his way to becoming an eventing superstar! He’s a sweet, quirky boy who loves water and will be turning heads for years to come.
